Robin V.  Hazelwood, ABR recently listed and sold our property in Campobello, SC.   She was highly recommended to us through a local mortgage agent that we have known for many years.

 

Mrs. Hazelwood exhibited the professionalism that we had hoped for in a seller’s agent. From our initial meeting, she was focused on our needs while determined to get the sale complete in a timely manner. She was always positive in the mission yet never overbearing in any way.  She was honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and accurate with her attention to details.

She helped us price the property at a fair market value. Her clear and matter of fact business sense were evident.  She promoted the land listing through various venues including the use of the internet. We feel she was able to attract the right type of buyer for our specific real estate listing.
